does Charlotte even play Bona's? I thought their one stipulation for joining the A-10 was that they'd never have to.

To be honest I don't anything about our A-10 schedule yet. I do know we have played the Bona's in the past so I don't think that stipulation of which you speak is in the contract.

We play them once, I believe at home.

Our mirror games are GW, Dayton & Richmond, all solid squads & good rpi games.

Thinking that St Joe's will be the odds on favorite to win the A10, with Charlotte, GW & Xavier close behind (pending the draft)

    Grid, you seen this?

    Bonnies' Solomon receives one-year extension

    March 31, 2005
OLEAN, N.Y. (AP) -- St. Bonaventure coach Anthony Solomon received a one-year contract extension Thursday despite posting one of the worst seasons in school history.

Solomon is now signed through the 2008-09 season after taking over a troubled program in May 2003. The former Notre Dame assistant has a 9-47 record at St. Bonaventure, including last season's 2-26 finish -- the fewest wins the Bonnies recorded since going 1-5 in 1934-35.

The poor record is a reflection of the growing pains the NCAA-sanctioned program continues to endure after a player eligibility scandal in March 2003 eventually led Bonnies players to boycott their final two games of that season.

In replacing Jan van Breda Kolff, who was dismissed following the scandal, Solomon had to all but rebuild a program that lost two returning players and two recruits.
