    I have columns that I want to be rows and rows that I want to be columns. Is it possible to transpose the data without having to retype?

    Right now:

    Name
    Company
    Address1
    Address2
    City
    State
    Zip

    I want:

    Name - Company - Address1 - Address2 - City - State - Zip.

    Is there a function that can do this? Thanks in advance.

    Copy the selection then select

    Edit --> Paste Special

    Then select values and select transpose.
