Nova can absolutely beat UNC. Wouldn't bet my life on it, but they beat Pitt in the regular season, beat Cuse twice, had a close one with UConn.... I've watched a decent bit of both teams, and Villanova is much more cohesive as a unit. Of course not quite as talented a unit though. The key for them might be hitting threes. Dante Cunningham is also going to be huge. He's going to be one of the better 4/5s that Hansbrough has seen, and a very similar player. Fisher and Reynolds on the same floor will actually be a speed problem for UNC, but then Nova will be extremely small on the defensive end. It'll be interesting to see how long Wright gambles and plays the two together.

UNC's guards are bigger at every spot than 'Nova's. They're also a lot more experienced. 'Nova is still a young team. There's not even a senior on the roster. 'Nova played great against Pitt. I just wonder if it can continue against a bigger, more experienced, and motivated UNC team. We'll see - looking forward to it.

Wasn't someone on here a couple of days before the Tar Heel-OK. game bragging about how good the OK. guards were playing. Of course they weren't playing the Tar Heel defense in those games were they?:trampoline:

Yep, a bandwagoner losing respect for a true Tar Heel. I'm sure Paul is truely devastated.
