Devote Christians. I don't no why either.

I was young at the time but my first viewing of the Excorist may be the only time I actually felt uncomfortable at a movie.

Can't believe no one mentioned 8mm, with Nicolas Cage. That movie was trippy with the snuff films and shit.

Se7en is a head scratcher. Seriously fucked up mind created that.

One Flew Over the Coo-Coo's Nest has always troubled me. Most movies involving mental illness do?

A Clockwork Orange was so freaky, I couldn't watch it all at once. The term overkill comes to mind. It was just alot to take in all at once.

Signs was kind of disturbing, just because there is so much fucking corn around here.

Don't laugh, but Attack of the Killer Clowns has always freaked me the fuck out.

Your right, that one was damn sick. I think what takes it off my list was when I was stationed in Germany were were close enough to Amsterdam to require intimate knowledge of the real world of snuff films as the Red Light district is famous for more than just drugs and sex. Part of that training was a 30 minute video montage of the real thing. The movie probably did not disturb me as much because of that.

The people that live that life should all be round up, taken to Hawaii and dropped into an open vent of the volcano....

I saw the thread title and immediately thought of "Kids," as Harry stated.

I notice we also seem to be forming some disturbing movie genre's here...

War Movies - Hamburger Hill, Saving Private Ryan

Horror Films - definitely the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, also Hellraiser and Phantasm fucked me up.

Sci-Fi - Ive got a few here. The Cube, Signs, The Arrival, also the original Matrix disturbed me a bit at the beginning before they got into "The One" stuff.
