Lex, I heard this mentioned more than once on some of the sport commentaries over the weekend. I know Moss is very talented but his comment last year of only playing when he wanted to just floored me.

If anyone that is paid that much money truly thinks that way they should have enough sense to keep their mouth shut.

    Moss-leadership-------no way.

Maybe they are using reverse psychology on him and hope he will rise to the occasion. I will have to see it to believe it.

yeah, he makes the vikings look bad. but he is good, when he applies himself! he takes plays off, and mouths off to the detriment of his team and teamates, yet they pay him big bucks cuz they know he makes big plays and can turn a game around. he can and have.

am not a fan of moss's. i think he purposely mouths off to get media attention and to rile the media. he is not well-liked, but he sure can play ball. i think they just want him to catch the ball, run it as fast as he can to the end zone. to ask for leadership is asking alot. then again these goobers are dreamers... and who knows...

he didnt get invited to the all star game last season cuz he was not worthy.
:(obtw, i meant highest paid WR in the nfl. just highest paid in that position.

  5. I guess he didn't want to make a catch and take a hit...it happened twice down the sideline agains the bears. Culpepper through it to him instride where he would have caught it taken a step and then get pummeled by the safety. Instead he pulled up and let the pass fall incomplete.
