And I know he's not a murderer only making an analogy... but my point is if you'd have been that traffic attendent you'd been pretty damn pissed right now that your ass has gravel bruises and his ass is getting outta trouble... doesn't matter if it was a cop, a traffic attendednt, or even a drunken bum... you DON'T touch anyone with your car much less push them far enough to knock them down... he did wrong PERIOD and I don't see how anyone can justify such actions... when Mushin Muhammed fucked up here in NC ppl called for his head... but when the Randy Ratio is all fucked up in Minn. the ppl defend him... well I say fuck him... he has a KNOWN past record of crimal activity including violence and drug use... how do you defend someone when its obvious he was being an arrogant asshole... He got what he should have. Since their was no intent to hurt the attendent, and I believe that, no felony. It's justice.

It's still a misdemeanor, a bit more serious than a speeding ticket, and still very, very stupid.

read it again, brain. am saying she isnt a cop. i was pointing out a minor detail which i feel is important since she cant have a gun if she were not one. dont put things on my post that are not there. i was responding to boo's statement.

if that was me that was dragged, you better believe i will sue his ass. of course that does not mean i will win or not get any compensation. but i know i will sue his ass big time. now if i had a better lawyer than what he's got, that will make a difference. however, just because i am pursuing my case does not mean he will get manslaughter or something worse than misdemeanor or him get more jail time.

she can sue. if she choose not to do that, is her choice. me personally, i will hella sue. before i do that tho, brain, i will make sure that i have solid grounds, regardless if moss's lawyers are better than mine.

if you honestly think he got off easy, i say fine. i dont. i dont condone his actions and he does have a bad track record, however, for us to give moss a harsher sentence is pointless since we are not calling the shots, merely showing our discontent.
