Moss Arrested

Discussion in 'Carolina Panthers' started by T_Schroll, Sep 24, 2002.

  1. trading him is virtually impossible because of the cap hit....they'd take a huge one for trading him and the other team would take a huge one for picking him up (which most teams won't have the room anyways)...same reason why he won't be cut. they are married to him for the next few seasons, for better or worse.

Even if they got a bunch of draft picks or players, they are screwed cap wise and would have trouble signing most of them.

Oh damn. Here we go again sensationalizing Randy's antics. If the dude was freaking KURT WARNER or Jason Sehorn no one would be calling him a nutcase or a thug. The dude was road raging. Big freaking deal! I have done worse to people on the freeways of D.C.! Leave the poor guy alone. He's been through enough. Because has has "baggage" people immediately think the worst.

I feel sorry for him. And that BITCH of a cop (or whatever she is) probably deserved to get (almost) run over.

Reports out now saying a small amount of pot was found in the car.

A small amount was found because he smoked it all.

He'll be suspended by the NFL for atleast one game. I have no doubt Minnesota will win the first game they play without Moss.

From this day foward, no one will ever post Moss in the list of players we "coulda" had, like Eddie George and others. This is why he was passed over. Could have been worse, could get worse, could get better, but he ain't worth the risk. The arguement is over.

I dunno if a “road rage” defense will work there, Johnny Cochitin. He’s lucky, only two misdemeanors, three if they decide to charge him with pot possession. If I were to “push” a police officer with my car because I wanted to make an illegal turn, I’m thinking I’d be looking at more than just some community service, which is probably what Moss will get.

Of COURSE they found pot. They always manage to find drugs when they bust someone who has a history of getting busted. I'm sorry. They kept him in jail all night for a couple of freaking traffic misdemeanors. They were threatening to charge him with a felony. I think this has been blown out of proportion by people who were just salivating at the thought of Moss getting in trouble again.

He doesn't deserve anything more than a traffic ticket.

The guy's a dick. He's a cancer to his team.

I could care less about smoking pot. Moss is different. He's like a fucking spoiled child.

You push someone with your car and they fall down, it's a felony. The fact that he was stoned and she was some kind of traffic cop only makes worse. It's no threat, he will charged.

I was thinking the same thing, meat. I wonder if he ever heard the word, "no" before he was kicked out of Notre Dame.

That's exactly what he is. He's a 25-year-old toddler that can catch footballs (but only when he wants to). A spoiled brat with an 8-year, $75M contract.
