My 3 year old seems to get attacked by mosquitoes whenever we go outside. There is a heavily wooded walking path around our neighborhood. Whenever we take a walk, she comes in with about 10 or so bites. No one else will have any. Also happens in the backyard, but not as severe.

What causes this? Any easy solution?

Where is she getting bit? legs or arms? Do you have a lot of dogs in the neighborhood? Could be anything from fleas to no-see-ems. Get the OFF for kids.

Arms and legs. But why would no one else get bit?

We don't own any dogs. And the bites seem to occur outdoors only. Not always in our neighborhood either. Seems to be ANYWHERE.

Body Chemistry. My wife gets eaten live by bugs when outside. I do not. Even diet could cause the attraction.

One of my daughters attracts the bugs like crazy and the other one doesnt. I get eaten alive too. I don't get it but I do try and use a little bit of the kids bug spray on them.

Does she have sensitive skin? We had our house sprayed for fleas because the previous owners evidently had many dogs. I never noticed the fleas but my daughter woke up with about 5 bites one morning and since she has sensitive skin, the bites looked really read and were rather large.

Yes. All of the bites get real red. Much bigger than how they are on me...

Does she have eczema? That's what mine has and it's the reason any little bite winds up looking like Mt St Helens.
