Morgan to Hawaii...what would it take?

Morgan was definitely a bright spot in yesterday's loss. Currently he has the following numbers at the end of 4 games: 31 Tackles, 2 Interceptions, 1 Sack, 1 Forced Fumble.

At this pace, he could be looking at: 124 Tackles, 8 Interceptions, 4 Sack, 4 Forced Fumble.

Would that be enough or would it require the Panthers making the playoffs for people to give him a look?

    What would it take?

Urlacher being shot, stabbed, or killed.

Morgan is out performing Brookins and Trotter so far, that's the competition behind Urlatcher.

If we keep winning Morgan will get the recognition. Urlacher is ridiculously good right now, but Morgan is getting better every week. I don't see another mid-LB outside of Chicago that can touch Dan right now.

I agree 100%. As long as Dan stays healthy and keeps this level of play up (and I don't see any reason he wouldn't), the #2 spot for the NFC's MLB is his to lose.

    Here we go...

    Got to love this

"Guapo (Annapolis): Do you think Ray Lewis is the best defensive player in the league?

Chris Mortensen: Yes! Man, did you see Ray Lewis on Monday night? That was unbelievable. And he has played to a very high level, not just on MNF. I think Urlacher and Strahan and Dawkins - to name a few - are worthy competitors, but Lewis is the best. By the way, I'd also keep an eye out on Panthers LB Dan Morgan. He's getting rave reviews from everyone."
