more Greensboro ballpark photos (part 1)

The only part of First Horizon Park thats still under construction is the Children's play area and the main courtyard which will include a waterfall and baseball sculptures. But everything will be finished in time for the Florida Marlins exhibition game in April.
There is alot of brick on the exterior. but on the interior and especially on the upper deck area, there is alot of clapp boarding.

The thin horizontal strip on the backside of the scoreboard is actually a digital message board that will display game times and info about other events held in the stadium.






under the Greensboro letters, there is going to be a small waterfall.

Pretty Sweet looking. I liked their old stadium alot as well

 

that's a fine-looking venue. any idea why they named the team after a bug?
