    Rae , Timmy, Rashard, Jason there's been a few. Or do you mean that they actually had to accomplish something?

    They need to have had a career for it to mean anything that they played it here.

    that's under the assumption that the $10 mil bonus goes away. If it doesn't, then it'd have to be negotiated over a four year deal and start with a minimum salary, with a total contract value of $15 mil or so. That would leave minimal salaries over the breadth of his contract, which is technically job security, so he might not be willing to let it go (hence the need to add 3-4 years).

    Pas. in his Tip Sheet notes that Moose is having a good year, and is earning himself decent, but not big money next year. I'm not going back after the link, but its on ESPN. I think if he's only offered decent money, that we may be able to compete for him. I do not expect him to extend. He was not happy that we threatened to franchise him last time, and word was he thought he could have gotten a better contract. So I expect he will force us to cut him at the end of the season. But then, after he's looked around, I bet he'll let us match, or maybe even come back if we're close.
