Just watched it for the first time on DVD. Friggin hilarious with the William Shakespeare subtitles.

I hadn't seen it in awhile, so when the guy starts shouting,
'Help! Help! I'm being repressed!' I nearly woke the kids up laughing.

i like that dvd, math. i watch it when i'm down...

it never fails me...i forget what i was down about.

obtw, i love the odd humor. "bring out the dead" i thought was funny. and "it's only a flesh wound!" (his arm was cut off).

puts a smile to my face when i think about the funny parts.
    :)

You get down, lexie? You're always positive on this board. We need to have a TBR movie night or something. We can start with 'Holy Grail' and recite the script as we watch.:)

I have never seen another Monty Python movie, except for the beginnings of 'The Meaning of Life'. I guess it's good or you wouldn't be suggesting it.

    See LOB. High quality python.

Not everyone like the Meaning of Life, but past that beginning part, it gets better. "Every sperm is precious."

thanx, math. i want tbr movie night!!!

obtw, i love monty python. i actually pay attention cuz i dont want to miss any clever jokes.

started watching tv again. the other night i saw "mrs. brown" with judy dench (as queen victoria) and john cleese as mr. brown. set in the 1860's i think 1867. catch this one if you can. damn good movie.

thanx, for the suggestions. cant really go wrong with monty python. saving my star wars experience for when i go on vacation. i will probably need to see that movie a few times.
