This is the first one I've seen with the semi-set order:

That would be nice, but I don't see Arizona passing on Eli Manning.

That mock makes more sense than any I have seen so far but I am also doubtin' that Zona would pass on Eli.
If Plummer goes they have got to take a QB don't they? Maybe Ragone will do so well in the Senior Bowl that the Cards will become hitnotiz'd by the sneerin' cardinal and they will get a boner for Dave and take him instead. )

According to the scouting reports I have, they are roughly the same size (slight edge to Gabriel) and speed (slight edge to Jacobs). Even though Jacobs has a little of that "track guy" knock I would give him a slight edge over Gabriel. Jacobs has produced against tougher competition and though he is a little green as a football player he is apparently a fast learner and is improving at an impressive rate.

Actually, if we get Manning in the 1st he and Peete could make either of them look pretty good and they are both apparently capable of stretching the field a little.

In a few of the games I've seen Jacobs he looks like he is scared to death to go over the middle.

You know, after looking through the draft order, we are more likely than any other team to trade up. All Cincinatti has to do is play like they are giving serious consideration to drafting a QB (which they would be dumb if they did), which after they, Chicago, and Arizona draft, would leave us out in the cold as far as top caliber QB's go. If Manning doesn't come out we're really screwed if QB is what the front office has their sights set on (which wouldn't surprise me). I wanna see the next mock that shows us trading up.
