I wonder how close he was to getting traded outta GB.

Its one thing to be drafted late to a good team. Its another to have to sit for 3 years before even getting your chance to start.

Dont know if any other highly drafted QB will ever get that privilege.

Hope Star falls all the way to 14. But I dont see Tampa passing on him if he does.

They have tons of cap space to do it. But I hope they dont. He'd be better than any draft pick they could take at 13.

Kiper has DJ Fluker going 12 to Miami. Highest I've seen him mocked. Thoughts on him at #14 if he's there? He could start on the right and has some potential to move to the left.

No thanks. He'll have to kick inside to guard in the pros, and if we're going that route I'd prefer Warmack.

I think the thinking is that Fluker can be as good as, just with more versatility.

Personally, with my limited knowledge of the college player realm, I just want the best tackle offensive or defensive on the board.

He has no potential whatsoever to move to the left, and there are questions about his ability to even stay at right tackle. His feet are slow and he struggles with speed rushes off the edge. You're getting a good player regardless because he could always kick inside and be a nice right guard, but #14 is high.

So taking Fluker would be akin to drafting Otah. A dedicated RT who if he sucks will go to OG. Hopefully there is not trade up and giving up a future first rounder.
