    let's do it one better.

    http://www.nfldraftblitz.com/top100prospects.htm

You pick 11, 43, 75, 107, and let's guess 119 for Miami. Go get five players, only rated after those respective numbers.

Neglect the idea that this goober still has Kelley Washington at 12.

I'll try to find a better top 100 or 150 here after while.

Damnit magnus, do you have to be realistic about this?!
I see your point and right off the bat it is apparent that our all-important 2nd round pick will probably be a disappointing. With 5 or 6 teams going QB before our 2nd and Boller climbing the "current" charts both Boller AND Witten will in all likelihood be gone and we could REALLY use one of those guys.
    BALLS!

BTW – That WAS your point right?

I was hoping to coax something of that nature out of you, yes.

Although IMO Boller's still a second round pick. But we won't get a first round talent like this past year...allright, now I've gotta go be really fucking pissed off about Foster.

I'd do one myself, but I really hate the way this top 150 goes. I can't find anything at all I'd put a second on. Though Boller being at 80 certainly means I could attempt realism and pick him at 43. But that's the point of this, to make you have to think about the players that are there rather than the ones we'd want to be there. Not that this is at all accurate, but chances are most of us thought that Freeney would be there in the 20s and that Levi Jones would be a second rounder.
Just gets us thinking. And I'd rather not think about this particular one just yet, because it's jacked up.

I guest all this crap is going to be full of goofy additions and omissions. This relatively resent one (i.e. no Washington) http://www.nfldraftview.com (click on top 100) has Witten at 65 with Pinkard right in front of him. I know I shouldn’t get too excited about this list however since Simms is ranked at 50.)

    Based on their ratings:

    11-Palmer QB Southern Cal

    43-Davis CB Texas A&M

    75-Sapp RB Colorado State

    107-Billy McMullen WR Virginia

    119-George Foster OT Georgia

    Probably see something like this:

    11-Johnson WR Miami

    43-Johnson RB Penn State

    75-Boller QB California

    107-Billy McMullen WR Virginia

    119-Kendyll Pope OLB Florida State

    A better mock

With us taking McGahee. Top 3 QBs and top 2 WRs both gone

That Mock Draft right there is the closest to reality of any one I have seen. A lot of those picks make sense. Brandon Lloyd before Andre Johnson surprises me, but most of these picks make sense. Oh, and Jordan Gross goes higher - possible to St Louis.

Also, any Mock Draft that has Terrell Suggs out of the Top 15 picks is ridiculous. The guy was the Pac-10 player of the year and broke the NCAA record for sacks in a season (17.5, Freeney) with 22. This guy is a monster pass rusher that was unblockable all year despite double teams. He will go VERY HIGH. The Texas's might even grab him at their pick. He is that coveted.
