That guy with the neck injury doesn't look good. No feeling in arms and legs. Heres hoping it was the worse stinger in the world and he walks home tomorrow

I second that... My personal goal for any man in any sport is that they walk from the game, not ride out on a stretcher....

As ya'll probably just saw for yourself he's got feeling in his arms and his right leg so maybe it's like PP said and it's just a bad stinger.

Last report on ESPN was that Evans was also gaining feeling back in his left leg too. Apparently it's just a contusion and there's no permanent damage. I thought he would be okay. It really didn’t look like that bad a shot in the playbacks. When Taliafero (Penn State) got his spinal injury you just knew that he was going to be paralyzed for life from that jam he took . . . luckily he proved everyone (including his docs) wrong.
That other Houston player ended up in worse shape. That was one nasty looking ankle break. Man, I wish that special pads and/or protective braces would be mandatory for preseason games. How ‘bout wrapping every player in a 6 inch layer of bubble wrap. Or better yet, just have the QB’s of each team play a game of Madden 2003. )

  9. No joke, Sly. I kept thinking of the South Park episode with the school nurse that had the fetus growing out the side of her head.
