NinerReport.com say he is wavering after reading some of the C-USA breakup news and wanted to "play in a bigtime conference."

Not to knock a 17-year old, but all this stuff is old news and if he doesn't think we're big time enough, let's look elsewhere. If he can get signed by NCSU, he'd better jump at the offer, his other favorites are certainly a step down in talent (UNCG, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Marshall).

I think we can keep our current recruiting base and contacts, and if anything, the A10 will open new doors northeast. Its not like the local kids in NC and SC were stomping down our doors to play in CUSA. Temple, Xavier, St Joes, and Umass recruit just fine. The key to making the A10 better is getting rid of the deadbeats like Duquense and Fordham.

I would think we'll recruit heavier in the northeast now too and less in the deep south.

Joining the Atlanitc 10 should help our recruiting in that it will help Dalonte do his thing by playing in DC and Phily.

of course we are assuming A10 here.....Hopefully those A10 votes go our way on expansion and the Sunbelt isn't our last choice. :(
