I went again today. It wasn't as fun, don;t know why.

    I'm ready for pads.

probably less enamored with the new players doing the same routines. I'm sure it's useful to the players, but not that fun to watch.

Weinke threw a couple of grounders.

Cooper and Howard got INT's, Coops was earned, Howard's was b/c Fasani must've confused him for a receiver.

Same guys looked good today that looked good yesterday - that would be Wesley, Foster, and Bright. *as far as rookies*

I liked this quote from Foster.

"Can't get strung out in this league. Guys are as fast as you are."

Two practices, and he knows this already. Took Tim 6 years, and he still didn't know it.

Sounds like we got a guy finally who will hit a hole.

    Yep. I'm ready for pads.

I usually hate going to games - my couch is very cozy, food is cheap, and I have a nice bathroom and a 36" TV.

But - I have a buddy says I can sit in the press box with him every game if i want.

    hmmm.

I'd love to get up in there.

While the view is great and you can see most anything you want, the pressbox is one of the worst places to watch a game if you want to have fun. The food, while free is mediocre, no beer and no one says squat. All they talk is about their fantasy football teams. There is no cheering....no clapping and no groans of disbelief when something stupid happens.

I spent a season doing it and I hated it!!! One time, right in front of Hank Goldberg I let a four letter word slip after something really bad happened and you should have seen the looks I got.

I'm glad I've done it......maybe you should try it once and see if you like it, but I hated it and resigned my position before the following season so I could sit in the stands again.

I think I will be a regular at Meat's. Or just upstairs in my "Man Room".
