A rhetorical question means you believe something to already be true, it is only asked for effect. For instance, is Purrsy a colossal moron? That is rhetorical question because what I think on the matter is pretty obvious. Furthermore, you had just spent the entire game ranting in chat about how awful Cam was. Again, this is a pattern for you. You hate Shula now but you were praising him a couple of weeks ago. You vacillate from hating Cam to praising him to hating him again. Like I said, it's presumably because you are bi-polar.

Please don't go down this road again. You rant and rave and insist that no one wants me here when people really just want me to stop responding to your idiocy. You're the one people make fun of. You're the one people get exasperated with. You're the one who ss54 asked why you're harassing me in chat, at which point you launched into an attack on him. You're a cancer on this board, Purr. For the last two years you have consistently tried to start conflict with me, insulted most of the board, and altogether been a raging ass without any ability to post insightful comments to make up for your asshattery. No one wants to hear any more about how much you hate me and how much I hurt your feelings. No one gives a shit. Stop obsessing over me.

Except I didn't say that. Kalil and Kuechly are both good players, just not as good as the media makes them out to be.

Except I never said that "Brady is just ok."

It was Tampa-2 on that play and was absolutely not single high. Mitchell had the weak half and Mikell had the strong half. Moreover, White wasn't the one "scared of Kaepernick running," McDermott was. That's why he called that coverage. If it was single high then Mitchell wouldn't have made it all the way to the sideline just after the pass. You make shit up because you look for any reason you can find to argue, and you don't know enough about football or care enough to actually be correct about anything.

Except I never said that. I said Mikell is about average in coverage because you got Mikell and Mitchell confused, thinking Mikell was the really bad one in coverage. Remember that not only did I correct you about that, another person in chat did so as well.

Making a lot of tackles after allowing completions certainly isn't good. I also don't get terribly excited about assists, as only 9 of Kuechly's tackles in that game were of the solo variety.

Except I never said that. What I claimed was that it's a high school route, that NFL teams don't wait for the receiver to turn and come back to the ball before the pass is thrown. I've acknowledged many times that I shouldn't have said that they don't do it, but you can't even get right what it was that I got wrong.

How do you not realize that you look ridiculous when you try to lecture me about football things when everyone here believes that I am indeed knowledgeable about football, even if they don't always agree with me, while no one here believes that you are at all knowledgeable about football because you've proven quite conclusively that you aren't.

I actually don't play Madden, but you use stock insults because you can't make legitimate points. Moreover, it's a pretty obvious fact that making a tackle after an 8 yard pass completion is not the goal of pass defense. That is considered a bad result unless it's 3rd and more than 8. Yes, the idea of pass defense is to prevent a completion from being made.

Except that I didn't say that at all.

This I did say, and when you challenged me on it and provided video, I showed you exactly why I was correct. Note that when I did so you backed down, but now you're going to pretend like I didn't explain it.

Because other people aren't you. They're not raging, emotionally uncontrolled lunatics who form their opinions based on how they feel about someone. You pollute this board with your constant obsession over me and your desperate need to be noticed that causes you to pick fights with people who are actually relevant.

3 months? It was about a week and a half, and the whole board mocked you because what you said about your girlfriend being hotter than actresses and supermodels was so hilariously stupid. Your brain is diseased, Purr. Your mind has no relationship with reality.

Except that I haven't. You actually invented a fantasy about me stalking magnus. You not only imagined it, but found it so compelling that you kept adding to it and repeating it because you got off on the idea. That's how sick you are. I'm guessing that magnus would find your gay fantasy as disturbing as I do. Meanwhile you've admitted to saving pictures of me on your computer, for God knows what purpose.

It is astonishing that you really don't realize you've done exactly this throughout your post. You just described your own behavior and you genuinely don't have any idea because your brain and your view of the world are that warped. In your mind you're the crusading hero exposing my villainy, whereas in reality you're the clown who everyone wishes would stop shitting up the board with your belligerent obsession.

I can remain hopeful (even if futilely so) that since it didn't appear the coaches did much to make Cam change his attitude (towel/shitty post game/etc) but he did sit down and look at tape and make some positive changes, that maybe having tasted a winning season and dipping a toe in post season he may feel motivated to work on himself more. May never happen, but I think we all have the capacity to improve ourselves - many never act on it, but it's always there.

Of course how accepted would it be for him to seek out help outside Panthers org if he felt they weren't going to get him where he wants to be? Cam may never be anything more then what he is now, but I don't accept that this is it period, he will never change. That is certainly a possibility, but people CAN change throughout their lives. We learn new lessons almost daily and through them have at least the opportunity to grow and change. Cam has changed a little bit, so there is some hope no matter how small. Does he want to win a Super Bowl? I would imagine almost every player does or their careers fade away and end. So maybe at some point, Cam sees the gold ring, realizes it's going to take more to get it, and at least tries.

    Hope springs eternal.
