Very much too late, he just got exposed on the national stage.

Looking at who is available there's good stuff
Chud - Maybe the players will like his call better now
Norv - may be a package deal with above, maybe not provides the all importnat continuity and a track record of QB success
Scott Linehan - success with other mobile QBs, not sure he is the guy to push Cam though

Build a time machine and hire Hue Jackson

I'd be good with either Linehan or Norv. Chud's better than Shula, but I think the bridge got burned when we shit talked him as players. And maybe they believed that, and there's no trust, who knows.

As much as I wish otherwise, Rivera isn't firing Shula.

Shula's incompetence has been disguised by cam. He has the offensive ingenuity of a cender block

Not after 12-4. Glad the fanbase has finally come around, though. That's a start.

It really is frustrating. With a strong OC, I think we're a team that wins Super Bowls. With Shula, we're the Dungy Buccaneers.

I really don't doubt Gettleman will aggressively make changes. The "12-4, so they won't do that" mindset seems to be the NFL standard, so, yea, one more year perhaps.

The offensive line is almost as big a concern.

2 losses in the last 100 calendar days makes this hard to swallow, for me.

Damn good year. Just have to be better.
