    as I guessed in the "Sportstalk" forum.............when all of the movement in done with the Observer, my guess is there will either be one fewer persons to cover the Niners or the responsibility will fall to Mike P., himself.

    The more I think about it........what about a weekly basketball column (point/counterpoint) between Mike P & PI ??? :) :)

    easy on Doyle, he had the 49ers in his top 25 back in the beginning of summer after all recruits had been signed for this coming year.
