    he started where Mangum split time even when he was starting.
    I don't believe longevity alone deserves accolades, but he's really the first player of this type to actually retire with us, play his whole career here, start 90%+ of his career, and lead the team in something.

    How many Pro Bowls has Minter played in? Would be a good place to start in desiding statues.

    Yes, he deserves a statue .Not only he was a good player He was a big reason why the panthers defense went from one of the worst defense in the NFL to becoming one of the best defense in the NFL.I am not saying he was the only reason for that but he was part of it. Also even more importantly. He was a great leader of the field.Someone that give his time and money to help people who need help.I wish him all the best.And i hope that panthers can and will offer him a job within the organizing
