    Yeah, he only had one of the premier recruiting bases to work from, didn't win a conference road game this year.I see your point.

    Hard to replace a legend. Especially when a large portion of fan base still wants said legend to be their coach.

    When was the last time Indiana had a top 10 recruiting class? I'm asking because I don't know, but I don't remember even Bobby Knight having one in ages. Plus it's not like there were many good players left when Mike Davis took over. Davis seems too thin-skinned to survive at Indiana, but I don't think he's done a bad job.

    yep

    that was definately problem number one. the second problem is that Davis cant coach. this one has to lay at the feet of the AD and im pretty sure he is feeling the heat.
