Tell me something, my wife works with a snooping weasel and she suspects he is reading her email. Is there anyway to put a password on the Outlook program so that when new mail comes in a prompt is there for password. Or maybe when she cuts it on. I have looked on several of the tabs in Outlook Explorer and so far don't think I have found one. She is running Windows 98 so the version of Outlook may be older. WOuld a newer version have a password function and if so would you just go to www.microsoft.com and download the later and more secure version? Thanks

No not on Office Outlook versions they don't have a password feature but Exchange Outlook does.

Seems like you could set a password if you set up separate profiles, too.

    Lock her door.
    Get Windows NT/2000.
Put a hidden camera in the office and nail that bastard.

These are just some helpful suggestions.:)

the title of this thread is an oxymoron. Outlook security features are a joke.
