    We got a new quesadilla maker for christmas and it works pretty well. Anyone know a good place to get mexican cheese for it? It would be nice if it were relatively safe.

    Be careful with that!
    I watched a 20/20 thing once where they used the bacteria from toilet brushes and stuff to make the cheese.
    Well, those guys that used to sell it in CA out of like little ice cream carts.

    Yea I have heard all kinds of bad stuff like that. I wish you could buy it at Winn Dixie packaged by kraft or something.

    You can get mexican cheese at any grocery store. It's always in the section that has smokes sausages and chorizo. It's usually labeled Mexican melting chees or Chihuhua cheese.

    mexican cheese? seriously? They sell the shit already shredded in bags at the grocery store.

    I suppose there's a special cheese out there for grilled cheese sandwiches.
