meatloaf

    1.5 lbs. hamburger
    a half sleeve of crackers
    a half cup KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tspn Worcesher.....(fuck it, you know what i mean)
    1 tspn salt
    some pepper
    1 egg

    heat oven to 350, place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

    meatloaf is not meatoaf without Heinz 57 ketchup being baked into the top of it. :xyxthumbs:

    Hmmm...The PA side of my family eats ketchup on everything but their scrapple. My old man sent me to school with baloney, cheese, and ketchup sandwhiches. Fucking gross. Gotta love the baked ketchup on top of the meatloaf though.

    Bacon strips across the top were common on my side of the family. Added alot of flavor and some crunchiness.
