In all honesty, McRoberts has hurt his draft status by not declaring last year.

Not only does this help for Patterson but this most certainly helps for Greg Monroe in 2008. He will be a starter no matter what but he really won't have much competition at all if patterson decides to go to UF. Kentucky will be looking hard at Gillepsie and Donovan. This really only helps Duke in terms of Patterson with Tubby leaving and McRoberts going pro. The 2006 class is definitely a bust, but the demise of Duke? They went 22-11 with an extremely young team and all those games were very close. They will all be a year older, have 3 good recruits coming in and the ACC won't be nearly as deep. UNC will be tough as always, GT will be better (if no one goes pro which I don't think they will), and State will be better. Wake and Miami will still suck, BC won't be nearly as good, Virginia loses J.R. reynolds (50% of the team it semed like at times) and Virginia Tech loses tons of key players. Maryland will be good but they lose a lot of key players as well with Ibekwe, Strawberry, and Mike Jones along with Bowers and Brown. Clemson will all depend on how well Demontez Stitt (Charlotte guy) can run the point in place of Vernon Hamilton. FSU won't have Thornton (thank God). The list goes on. The ACC won't be as good next year, and I think Duke probably goes 11-5, 12-4 or so in the ACC and improves next year before being very good with Monroe in '08 and an experienced team. Hey Sly, I know Singler is a Dunleavy clone so even though he is real skinny do you think he plays the 4 a lot with King subbing in. Finally Duke will have some guys between 6-5 and 6-9. That's going to come in handy.

I think both Singler and King can play the 3 and the 4 offensively and defensively and I definitely think they will be on the floor at the same time. King is going to remind a lot of people of Pittsnoggle.

I wonder where in round 1 McRoberts lands. His passing would bode well in Charlotte. Not with the first pick mind you

He did not have a great year, it seems like he would have been better served to play another year. Guys like Elton Brand are ready and should go but McRoberts might have just hurt himself. Where is William Avery these days?

They have McRoberts going at 18. That's with all the people they think who are going to enroll early so 18 is a worst case scenario.

18th round? If he gets picked, I'll have sex with a beautiful woman.

coming out two years early to go 18.

It sounds like K told him he should go pro because he won't improve any more as a player at dook or he'll be in the way of next year's recruiting class.

    what a litre.
