    They did have Jake, or he's still on the commercial. He must have sold out though cause he wasn't on the website when I checked last month.

    9.99 is list price, obviously ordering it you'll have to pay shipping. That's probably the safest bet though, it'll be hard as hell to find around here at retail. The panthers team store will probably get special cases with just Smitty in them, but they'll probably charge 19.99.
