    ....big man in the country coming out of high school today on Primetime. I was shocked when he said it. He also said UNC did not recruit him for certain reasons but did not elaborate. He said he was surprised the NBA did not draft him high. Now we just got to make sure he shows up in August.

    Why wouldn't he? Is he a really bad student? If he barely qualified, that might be why UNC didn't recruit him.

    lol. if he barely qualified? I guess UNC doesn't take any of those. :rolleyes: UNC will take minimal qualifiers in football and basketball.

    I am not talking about football. In general, they tend to shy away from the minimum qualifiers in basketball.

    And no, I am not saying that they have never recruited someone who barely qualified (Jason Parker comes to mind). Before the last couple of years, UNC's graduation rate was almost perfect. Say what you want about Dean, but he made sure his players got an education. Roy will too.

    I heard Iti is a dumbass. His last name has only 3 letters so he won't forget it and was set up so even if his dumbass spelled it backwards he would still get it right. He should fit in well with Nash, Spooner, Butter, Grier, Clemmons, Lutz
