    Two slices 412 grain bread, lightly toasted.
    Firm yet ripe tomato, acidic yet sweet.
    Dukes mayo.
    Pepper on mayo
    Salt on tomato til it's visually bumpy.

    Tomato slices should be directly proportional to bread thickness.
