    She fell off the wagon, but she did lose 9 pounds. I'm proud of her so as long she doesn't go and gorge on food all week. 10 days in my mind was impossible. So people go for forty days. I can't even fathom the idea.

    She had some toxic waste dumps early on, but said after a few days it was like three times a day, but small ones.

    I get similar results by a strategic positioning of the jets on my whirlpool. Cheap too.

    Must you post such a snarky response? So what if it was water or not? It doesn't really matter. She tried it and lost 9 pounds which obviously, delighted her. Now, she has incentive to work out and lose more weight and get into shape.
