Master cleanse diet...

anybody ever brave enough to try that?

I have a weird fascination with cleansing all of the shit from my body. I reckon I could just take colonblow, but that almost seems silly. Fred, you done any non-penis related colonics, lately?

 

I heard about the liver cleansing thing where you drink olive oil, grapefruit juice and a couple of other ingredients. I don't know exactly what it's suppose to do for you, but some people swear by it and says it makes them feel better and all.

 

is that the one where you give your self coffee enemas an eat only celery for a month?

 

Just that one time a few years back. I won't go back because the lady's mother was one of my patients when I did Home Health. On my day off, another nurse saw the old woman and told the nurse I had done the colonic the prior week.

By the woman telling her mom and then the mom telling my coworker who her clients were was breaking confidentaility in my opinion and that pissed me off.

 

You drink a mixture of water, lemon or lime freshly squeezed, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup, mix it up and drink it 6-12 times a day for 10-40 days. Oh yeah, and you drink an herbal tea laxative twice a day. Sounds fun.

 

Nonie will start this diet next Wednesday. I will give updates and an "after" shot. She'd litterally kill me if I posted a before.
