I go see this great guy. Hes a neuro-muscular whatever and OMG he knows his stuff. I've had massages quite often, from different people and hes by far the best.First time I saw him I had the hot rock massage and we talked about the special sessions he could do for me, so I've been going back and its helping me a lot with my back pain. He doesn't give me a "massage" but more or less pushes deep into my muscles to help them release. My muscles are frozen into the short position and its pulling on my spine, so the sessions added with lots of stretching and yoga seem to be doing the trick. So does the water. I hate water. But I'll be damned if it doesn't help afterwards.

I have a question. You know those little knots/bubbles/capsules that you can break up with massage of the back muscles? I've heard those referred to as deposits of lactic acid. Is that what they are? And if so, are they more likely to occur if the subject ingests product like milk that may be high in lactose?

I have a great deal of input on this subject.

I am not a liberty to discuss any of it at this time.

Many moons ago i hooked up with a masseuse. Unfortunately, she had baggage (a kid) and i was too young to go that route. Wish i had have tried it once. She was keen.
