    tha is actually very typical, especially if you have lots of knots which is sounds like you do. try drinking lots of water before and after, even days after. massaging knots breaks up toxins in your muscles and having a lot of fluid in your body helps to flush them out. if you don't the toxins settle elsewhere or riht back into the muscle and you feel worse. you probably also need to go often at first to get to a good place. maybe twice a week for two weeks then once a week then every other week. you will see a big difference.

    I'm not sure what your computer practices are, but I used to really have a problem with my scapula and shoulder/neck when I didn't get up to move around during the day and had my chair in one location.

    I don't actually spend that much time on the pc. I try to watch my posture at all times, but I get lazy. My left shoulder was injured some years ago, and now pops all the time. If I stretch in the morning's, I'm ok for the day.

    have had a few and they worked wonders but, they've become over-priced and don't want to make the effort any longer. now i just concentrate on getting the sensual type.
