    Right now that's all they are. They are going to be hurt by this obviously, because they do not have near the balance sheet that B of A does. But right now, I am hearing that the speculation is coming from talking heads, not people in the business.

    Take it FWIW, but considering the area where I work, I think that I might have heard some rumblings.

    It is, but as those arms adjust upwards, it's kinda hard to believe that things are going to get better.
