Marcus Bennett/Mitchell Baldwin.

What were Bennett's three point stats like? IF he has a decent outside shot, I have a feeling mr. Baldwin won't get too many minutes this year. It's a shame Coach Lutz doesn't value a defensive stoppper like Mitchell.

 

mikey, I am sure Lutz values a stopper and Mitch. But come on, Mitch has the ugliest shot in Div. 1 basketball among gaurds. He is only useful to put in, to shut someone down like a Perry last year. I think Bennett is avg at both ends. I dont think he is spectacular or a liability on D or offense from what I have read, just solid, which we could of used last year. I think he will be the first gaurd off the bench, and those minutes will be rare.

 

I know Yinzer was with me, I can't remember if it was one of the games we sat together. Mitchell hit a three that we couldn't figure out how a shot that looked like that went in. Maybe we could transfer my shooting ability to him.

I loved seeing the other guards get nervous after they suffer the one man Mitchell Baldwin trap. The wheels are turning in their head "what the hell, that Nash guy has been on me and I've done what I want. Who the hell is this smilin' guy?"

 

I thought the same thing with Shawn Colson...

 

I should of said Mitch gets the ugliest results when he shoots. Colson had an ugly stroke but it was money. Demarco wasn't pretty either lumbering up and down the court. Speaking of pretty, Butter looked damn good and smooth....we all know how that went.
