    The case vs UAB football players was settled out of court. Nobody was found guilty.

    Settled out of court seems to me to be an admission of guilt. Not the same thing as charges being dropped or dismissed.

    The reason why his charges were dropped is because he waved a gun at the prosecutor and communicated several threats to him/her.

    Our "thug ass" point guard was no angel. In fact, he was a project of the DC/Baltimore projects. All he managed to do was pull himself together, get out of that situation, play four noteworthy years for our university, and get an education. Most of his friends died before he even got here. Way to go Demon.

    One thing that wasn't on his agenda was taking advantage of an innocent 15 year old girl with low self esteem & seeking acceptance, to commit statutory and forcible rape and ruin her once promising life by passing her around like a party favor among the football team and introducing her to every drug it took to numb her up prior to being mounted like a draft horse.
