I have lost about 7 pounds this summer playing alot of softball, but the biggest factor is I have been making my own lunch everyday. I fix a huge turkey sandwich everyday and just a couple of potato chips and it is paying off. Better on the wallet too.

Don't even think you are gonna lose weight eating out for lunch everyday. Choosing healthy stuff over that bacon cheesburger or fried chicken fingers is really hard to do.

I've grown 100% sick of ever place to eat downtown. I am bringing my lunch tomorrow for the first time in 5 months. My group has there own dorm type fridge so I can load it up with several weeks of stuff. Hoping to save some money. 10$ for a decent lunch downtown is rediculus.
