So what now for him? Think he is going to raise his stock above being the #1? He he falls flat on his face with the new O-line and a new coach

IMHO I think it was the probably lockout. He probably figured he'd not be playing football next year if he came out.

I wonder how true the reports of the rookie salary cap being another year away will turn out to be after all is said and done and we see how much money he really did give up. That in addition to where he ends up being drafted next year.

He won't. He'll be good, and he'll go to an NFL team and eventually make them great.

We miss out again. Just the way it works around here.

    Just the way it works.

We have Jimmy fucking Clausen, and maybe draft a goddamn potential bust. Fucking stupid. At this point, just draft the person who is least likely to bust. The fucking receiver. Whatever. FUck it.

dammit. we should be able to draft his rights like they used to do in the nba. now all we'll hear about is mcnabb, young, and newton. shit, we've already got a black mayor and police chief. we need a black qb too?

I have no clue at all whether he could live up to the hype.

But even if he loses his leg in a shark attack, he'll probably go work for google or ebay or some other sliicon icon and make a shitload of money.

Thanks for the warm and fuzzy, Jerry. Great timing. Instead of putting a fresh coat of paint on the barn, you call a press conference and sand blast it. I would not want to play for you after that dismal crap. Here is a tip--start getting your prescriptions from licensed American pharmacies. Whose heart did you get anyway, that You Tube guy whose head got stuck in an elephant's ass?

This is like the opposite of the Bruce Nelson thread.
