    who were you thinking? I thought Petrino was all over that. Probably smart for him to stay put for another year though. Louisville will run through Big East and be playing in a BCS game next year.

    Petrino withdrew his name because he found out they really weren't interested in him. Seems he doesn't have a very good reputation.

    Agree on L'ville and the Big East. They would've won it easily this year. Petrino could not have left a week (day?) after signing an extension though. Contracts are worthless in football - but not THAT worthless. That's one mighty big bridge to burn.

    I'm not even sure who they should hire - it's just that I about fainted when I heard it was Miles.

    Miles is ok. Saban left him stacked so he can at least smoke and mirror it for a year or two. Im not sure who else would b e good for the job. Spurrier at LSU would have been much better than SC.
