    So what kind of traveling device do they have that can cause Ben to "appear" in the Sahara desert? Is it the island? And then he had to ask what year it was.

    i wasn't so thrilled about the first mini-season, but the 2nd one is turning out much better. i have to say, i like the additional action going on rather than the extra helpings of confusion for confusion's sake.

    ben and whidmore act like some kind of supernatural beings with this weird "you know i can't kill you" and "you changed the rules" talk. like they're bound by some kind of cosmic compact or something...
