Didn't stupid Zeke and his tribe of torch carrying nomad zombies have three of these unarmed and surrounded a few weeks ago? how difficult could it have been to catch Hurley? Open bag of Doritos, heavy dutie capture net, whammo! Hugo in a tree.

 

people have a strange way of dying as soon as they sort their shit out.

boon gets over his sister -- dead.
maggie gets over herself -- dead.
ana lucia decides she's not a killer -- dead.

libby was just a prop (never got her story).


so charlie ditches his drug habit for good and reconciles with claire. the dude's toast.

Hey - on the purgatory thing. Notice Ana Lucia dided right after she changed - she couldn't kill Henry gale.

I agree that Charlie's a dead man walking.....conquered his demons. Time to move on.

I think you guys might have figured this shit out. I will watch it differently from now on.

 

yeah, that's one thing that i'm a little disappointed by. the show is good, but i don't get the feeling that they've really sorted it all out. i hate stories that set up mysteries and then unravel them as you go only to have the final pieces not be consistent with the whole story -- or rather, the whole story not be consistent with the final pieces. like when everybody's motivation is to be mysterious so that the viewer is confused.

 

One wonders then why the Others haven't ever gotten their shit figured out, and whether the people on the list are hopeless in that regard.
