i caught it saying honso foundation and the website but i could not catch the spelling and i cant find the site

there's actually an official site for the hanso foundation that's supposed to come on line in may, so i'm guessing pretty soon if not already. i think it's hansofoundation.com or .net or something.


that psychic was actually the guy that got claire to get on the plane -- he bought the ticket and insisted that she go. he's not fake -- he's real. he said he was fake so that ecko would get on the plane and not be held up investigating the miracle.

there is no doubt now that we've moved beyond "weird coincidence" and into full on paranormal shit. ecko's dream cannot be a simple halucination as he's given information that he had no access to (ana lucia being shot and the question mark). personally, i think that's a bit of a disappointment. as soon as you put stuff in there that's outside the scope of reality, the whole idea of mystery and intrigue is diminished. i mean, it's like now we know that just about anything can happen, reality be damned.

i thought libby would hold on a bit longer, but i guess not. makes me think that her run-in with the law was actually a deterent to her staying on the show as they left her story arc dangling (which is particularly striking given that they teased it just before she got shot). unless next episode ends up being about her backstory via hurley or something...

it seems like this episode dispensed with the slow crawl that so many of the episodes cling to. i mean, the question mark is revealed, they find the hatch, the climb down the ladder, they find the observation room, they find the orientation tape, they watch it, it explains the experiment, etc. i'm surprised we got more of two of those events in one episode, let alone all of them.

oh, and notice how they printed out the log? no doubt michael's conversation with "walt" will appear in it. somebody's going down.

next episode looks like it might move at the same speed. but it also looks like it deals with how michael was caught and turned, so it might not advance the story too much.

 

okay, yeah, www.hansofoundation.com... it's an official lost website ... where they sell swag. or you can join the forums as a vip member for $15 a year. ka-ching! well, i guess i'm glad they're not trying to turn the thing into a multi-media experiment and just leaving the tv show as a tv show. if they wanna make a buck off of fans buying mugs and shirts, then god bless them.
