maybe. but do we know exactly what was wrong with locke? he was only in a wheel chair for a few years, so it's an accident that did it to him, right? now if it was a severed spinal cord, sure, we're talking miracle. but if it was something more physical like a nerve being pinched or something, then there's the possibility that the crash "unbroke" the problem. improbable, i unserstand, but still "technically" possible (in lost world, anyway).

of course, there's enough supernatural stuff going on (the smoke monster, for example) that miracles are probably par for the course.

 

No, we don't exactly. There was the time when he started to lose the use of his legs for a short period for some reason. Isn't one of the reasons that the island is being used for the Dharma folks is because of some strong magnetic force? Maybe that has something to do with it.

 

I am wondering if Sun screwed that bald headed guy who was teaching her english. She was planning on leaving Jin and thought she was infertile at the time. They have only been on the island about 50 days or so it could be possible that she would not know she was pregnant until then.

They ought to tie up Sawyer and then let him slowly starve to death until he tells the location of the guns and all his other stuff.

 

Yeah, I was thinking about the bald guy too because after she said she hadn't been with another man they hugged and she had a strange look on her face.

 

Yea I caught that too. It sure looked like she was hiding something. I really do not think Charlie would rape her. Of course I have been surprised before by things on this show.

 

the thing about the bald guy is that it's too obvious. they sort of imply that a bit, but i don't see sun lying like she did. if she was going to lie, why tell jin it was he that was infertile? that doesn't make any sense. if it ain't jin's, then she doesn't know whose it is.

maybe something else happened to her that will come out later, but for now the only mysterious thing is charlies assault.

 

You know good Shire folk do not do things like that, especially not Pip!

 

If he was high on the smack when he did it you never know. There could be a Charlie junior running around in 9 months or so. That would be season 10 as fast as the writers progress the show.

 

don't forget. locke was cripple when he got on the airplane, after the crash he could walk. the island is magic.

I don't think Charlie would have raped Sun, it doesn't seem to be in his character to do something like that. I think he doesn't want Jin to know or anyone else for that matter because he knows Jin would come after him and it would cause problems for him in the camp. Besides, Sun didn't seem to be traumatized by the experience which I think she would have been had she been raped.
