Lost - Season II

Yes I am pretty sure it was Boone, just before the plane he was in fell to the ground and ultimately killed him.

 

They found Jin on the beach, then he escaped and ran to the beach to find Mike and Sawyer screaming about the others. (Same as the first or second episode this year) Then it rapidly flashbacked to where last weeks episode ended with Shannon getting shot.

The previews for next week look good, but then again they noramlly do.

 

He also said the kids were in a better place, or better off or something like that.

At least they explained why Ana is in such a bitchy mood. Can't say that I blame her.

At the beginning, when the plane was falling into the water and something hit the camera...that was cool.

 

I used to think that too. But can people kill each other in purgatory? Or die while in purgatory?

 

The crash was pretty cool. I am not sure about the whole purgatory bit but there is something supernatural about the whole show.

 

I don't see anything theological about it at this point. I think the island was a military testing site for some corporate entity trying to obtain a govt contract. When they didn't get the contract, they shut it down...but had to keep someone there to keep it from destroying the world after they figured out the "product" could only be destroyed through detonation, thus ending the world.
There's some supernatural things going on, but I get the feeling they are caused by whatever requires them to push that damn button every 108 minutes. Still wouldn't explain everything though...the polar bear, the invisible beast...
The more I type, the more I don't like my angle. I still don't see the theology angle though.

 

I think a lot of the "weird" stuff going on was/is caused by Walt.

I do not think they are in hell. And I firmly believe they will be found during the final season.

 

they will be found 15 years from during the reunion show, just like gilligan's island. but unlike gilligan's island their population will have increased.

 

Do you realize that those numbers that keep showing up (4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42) add up to 108 too? Gotta enter those numbers every 108 minutes... so what does THAT mean?
