That is a societal and not moral reason.

 

I take Genesis literally. I think Adam and Eve had other children and that God allowed them to marry without consequence so as to populate the earth. Later when God decided the time had come for that to stop he commanded it to stop and genetic problems started occuring if you disobeyed.

Then you don't look very hard for the scientific evidence. I did a quick google on your words "absolute biological reason for homosexuality" and this is the very first article that popped up. An exerpt:

The neuroendocrine view posits a process that is analogous to the differentiation of the external genitalia, about which much is known. At the risk of oversimplifying, the basic neuroendocrine hypothesis is that sexual orientation is determined by the early (probably prenatal) effects of androgens on relevant neural structures. If these structures are effectively exposed to high levels of androgens, then they are masculinized, and attraction to women will result in adulthood. thelt, would it really change the way you view homosexuality if it was proven to be biological? how would you reconcile that with your bible teachings?

I don't think people need to be encouraged to procreate. It just tends to happen
And again, who decides what's the "ideal family unit?" Do we need the state to define this for us?

 

Babies can be born addicted if they have mothers who use drugs. I do not think there is a way for a baby to be born gay, they can start getting pushed down that path as a small child though.
