'loney meat

when i was in school, all the brothers called bologna (baloney), "loney meat." i can still hear them in the lunch roon now, "gimme that 'loney meat white boy!"

i like a fried 'loney meat sammich every now and then. this little mom and pop store that used to be open here would slice it for you, thick as you wanted, and wrap it in brown paper. that shit was killer. that stuff they sell now aint nowhere near as good. i miss my old timey 'loney meat.
