    This is pretty letting the players know that the court will rule in favor of the owners at the June 3rd hearing. Get this deal done now

    Players are still waiting to see if Doty will give them money from the TV contract lawsuit. If he does and that doesn't get tied up in appeals forever, they could drag this out for at least a year.
