  3. that's why you wait a couple of years before you judge. Aikman's first year probably took two years off of his career. Young QB's hold on to the ball too long...that's the reason for sacks not necessarily the o line.

just look at Peete vs Weinke...Weinke got sacked all the time, Peete hasn't been...why? Because Peete gets rid of the ball. It has nothing to do with the OL.

Anyways, Harrington gets rid of the ball much much better than McMahon. You are looking at 1st round talent vs 5th. Yeah, Harrington is going to get sacked a lot this year, and he'll throw a lot of picks this year...but he'll also learn from each one.

Those drops have me concerned about our secondary.

They'd have eaten us up several times if Detroit's receivers hadn't dropped so many balls. Let's hope they were scared of being hit after the catch.

Ok, peace Snoil. Harrington should be a good player in this league. Ideally, you would like to see more talent around him - but he is a solid QB prospect and the Lions are doing the right thing starting him now.

However, if anyone tells me we should've passed on Pep to take Joey - I will call bullshit on em. Pep is definately a playa.
    :D
