This occurred yesterday at my desk but I had the feeling that I was still and everything else around me was moving. I got up and felt as though I wasn't balanced. It's still effecting me today but not much as it did yesterday. I feel perfectly fine expect for when I walk around, I still get some sort of feeling I'm not on balance.

    maybe a sinus infection.

    maybe eye strain.

    maybe lack of sleep.

    maybe brain tumor.

maybe just blood sugar or blood pressure levels.

maybe lots of things really. if it gets worse see a doctor.

I feel better than I did yesterday but just wanted to know the reason why and if it happens again. It was such an odd feeling and a worrysome feeling.

    Thanks for the ideas.

strangely enough this can happen in the neck too. just a slight blockage of return blood flow to the brain from anywhere in your body can do it.

Possibly vertigo or an anxiety attack. If it's ongoing or continuous, I think that would rule out an anxiety attack, but I'm no doctor. You should see one though.

I felt it the other day while I was driving, but then I remembered I had been drinking that morning.

I think low blood sugar and/or low oxygen flow to the brain are the two most likely culprits, Savio. Keep us up to date...

One of the side effects of the diet meds I am on is that my blood pressure will drop if I stand up too quickly. I start seeing all these pretty little stars and the edges of my vision go dark. I have always snapped out of it so far before I passed out. Anyway low blood pressure can cause it.
